Point of Fact: The French warned US of the 911 attack but as usual the Bush Team dropped the ball. Enough said!

the commenter who said target is not french owned is correct. It was started in MN by the dayton family to compete with wall-mart, and k mart. Did very well also.

BILFOW 10:06:12 AM Mar 05 2009 Report This! Target is French owned and gives nothing back to the community.Bilfow, what have you got against the French? Not to mention that you are wrong. Sometimes I think people should have to take a confidency test to leave comments.

there is a return time limited on electronics with or without a receipt. perior-paragraphthe guitar is probably considered a electronic item because of its components. you obviously had it passed the return time frame and therefore its not returable and must be sent to the manufacturer for repairs--this is a known policy by all who buy these types of items and i am willing to bet you knew this SAVE YOUR RECEIPTSpurchasing electronics from target probably isnt a good idea anywas, i have had good luck with them.

if you can return defected items to target without a receipt, how come when my guitar hero guitar that i bought from there broke, i tried taking it back and just exchanging it for a new one that would work they told me there was nothing they could do without the receipt they put me through to some retard that works for target corporate just for them to tell me there was nothing they could do except have me send the guitar back to the manufacturer and pay a fifty dollar deductible to have them fix it. i cancelled my credit card with target, i wont shop there anymore, any target i have ever been to they have acted like they were better then anyone else. i try to treat them with the upmost respect but i never got any back from the worthless employees that work at Target.

To DFoster - to address you inaccurate statements about Target's guest service and return policyI don't know what Target you shop at but the one that I shop at (and work at) prides itself in providing the best guest service possible.and when it comes to the return policy, you have so many options, the purchased transaction can be looked up by using the actual receipt, gift receipt, credit card, debit card, check, gift card and if it was with cash and you don't have your receipt you are allowed to do 2 returns within the past 12 months (up to $35.00 each time) just by using your ID. the only condition is that all returns are to be within 90 daysWhere you came up with the idea that we entere into a database a list of names of "problem customers" that they share with other retailers. is so far off base because if you have a return that can not be done we don't take your name and do anything with it - we apologize for the inconvenience you state that Even returning a defective item for

DFoster, I don't know where the hell you are getting you information from, but everything that you said is completely false. I work for Target, so let me straighten you out a bit. You can return an item without a reciept, whether you purchased it with cash, credit or otherwise. Also, I don't know what you are talking about when you say there is a list with "problem customers" on it. There is no such list. Also, doing an exchange for a defective item should be no problem. So beore you write another comment, get your facts straight.
