Damn im sitting here reading all these post.....90% of all posters bitch about one thing or another...There will always be someone who has a better income then yourself.so why put them down for it..? Does it make you feel better about yourself ? who really cares how he spends his money it's his..he has earned it....Hell if he wants to buy an island so be it....And yes he should try and make a profitt off the sale of his home why not...I make a damn good profitt off buying and selling. property.....

The asking price is way too high for the room sizes, It needs a decorator to make it look better, and only 2 bedrooms????

I love the warmth the architect created. Thumbs down to the interior decorator. Seems someone was over zealous in some areas and lacking in others. Charlie might want to remove all decor from the walls, it distracts for the beauty of the home.

Beautiful...I would live quite comfortably in that home...hahahaha! Seriously...it is tasteful and clean...as well as comfy and cozy. Really good job in renovations...I give it a big thumbs up! ^5 As well just want to say...this home is modest for Mr. Sheen. After all he makes 850,000 an episode. In these hard times...its nice to see his modest living before his marriage and twins...as well that he is selling it now. He has a home with his family today. I appreciate the down size and again showing signs of living modestly for his standards. Your showing to be a real good guy here Charlie...keep it up. ----{--@

The house is stunning...very elegent, nice clean lines. I can't afford a home like that..but know good taste when I see it...and not JEALOUS either!!!
