    How-to: Cut skewers into two-inch lengths, leaving one end sharp. Using a paring knife, pierce shells of speckled malted-milk eggs and insert skewer tips. Push candy into an eight-inch foam ring; top with ribbon.

    How-to: Push skewers into foiled chocolate eggs. For each egg, cut two 4-inch squares of pink tissue paper. Skewer center of squares and wrap around stem, fanning the petals.

    How-to: Assemble flowers and push into foam cut to fit container. Cut six- and eight-inch narrow leaf shapes out of green crepe paper, twist end around skewers, and tape. Place between the flowers.

    How-to: Brush a mix of red and yellow food coloring on waffle cones. Let dry on waxed paper. Fill green cellophane with jelly beans, tie with raffia, and plant cones in a shallow container of wheatgrass.
