Feel Better: Kitchen and Bath Products

    Sounds Good
Fountainhead VibrAcoustic Bath from Kohler takes relaxation to a whole new level, using sound therapy and vibrations to help you unwind completely. The tub comes with four pre-designed "experiences" (created in conjunction with a sound therapist) that integrate music, vibration, and lighting meant to slow the body's internal rhythms and to align the bather's breathing rate with the mellow beats. Audio transducers are located both on the backside of the bath and also below the water, allowing the music to be both felt and heard.

    Dust Mites Be Gone

LG's SteamWashers now feature Allergiene. The allergen-reducing cycle is certified by the Asthma and Allergy Foundation of America and eliminates 95 percent of common allergy triggers, such as dust mites and pet dander, from fabrics.

    Closing In

For many, being closed in a little pod may not be so relaxing. But if you can get over the look, the futuristic Elegance from neoQi offers a smorgasbord of features, including infared and steam saunas, aroma- and chromatherapy, hydromassage, air bubble massage, a hand shower, and a music system. You may never want to come out.

    Step Into the Light

The SunShower from ProSun is a zany hybrid. The device, which can be installed in any shower, has ultraviolet lamps that tan you while you bathe. If that doesn't sound like a particularly healthy proposition, the new SR Plus version features LEDs at the top that employ near-infrared light to reduce the appearance of aging on your face, all while your body from the neck down gets that sun-kissed glow.

    Make Some Noise

Megasonic from Coway is a kitchen faucet that uses sound waves that form tiny bubbles in the water flow to more effectively remove dirt and chemicals from dishes and produce. The company claims the system allows you to use little to no detergent for washing, is safer, and is more effective than soap.

    Crystal Clear

Everpure normally produces water filtration systems for restaurants and coffee shops, but its newest offering is for homes. The H-300 Water Filtration System removes particulate impurities as small as .5 microns in diameter, as well as cloudiness, discoloration, and bad taste. It can fit under virtually any countertop.
